TweetCast ("we", "our", "the Service") is committed to being transparent about how the Service works and what data it touches. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and your rights.

1. What TweetCast Does

TweetCast is a read-only analytics dashboard. It fetches publicly available data from third-party APIs (xtracker.polymarket.com and gamma-api.polymarket.com) and displays it in your browser. All data processing happens client-side — in your browser — and is never transmitted to any server operated by TweetCast.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

TweetCast does not:

• Require you to create an account or log in
• Collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information
• Store any data you view on our servers
• Use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes
• Share your data with advertisers or data brokers
• Track your activity across other websites

3. Data Fetched From Third-Party APIs

When you use TweetCast, your browser makes requests to the following third-party services on your behalf:

• xtracker.polymarket.com — to retrieve public tweet tracking and post count data
• gamma-api.polymarket.com — to retrieve public prediction market prices and bracket data

These requests are made directly from your browser. The data returned is displayed locally and is not stored or forwarded. Your use of these APIs is also subject to Polymarket's own privacy practices.

4. Hosting and Infrastructure

TweetCast is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may collect standard web server logs (such as IP addresses and request metadata) as part of its infrastructure operation. This is governed by Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. TweetCast does not have access to or control over this data.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

TweetCast does not set any cookies. No data is stored in your browser's local storage or session storage between visits. Any state (such as selected user or tab) exists only in memory during your current session and is cleared when you close the page.

6. Analytics

TweetCast does not use any third-party analytics, tracking pixels, or fingerprinting scripts. We do not collect usage statistics about how you interact with the Service.

7. Children's Privacy

TweetCast is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has used this Service, no personal data has been collected as a result.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
