TweetCast is a statistical analytics and prediction-market analysis tool that displays publicly available social media activity data and prediction market prices. It is provided for informational and research purposes only.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using TweetCast, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
TweetCast does not provide financial, investment, legal, or trading advice. All data, probabilities, signals, and model outputs displayed are statistical estimates based on historical data and probabilistic models, subject to significant uncertainty, and are not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument or prediction market position. Any trading decisions you make based on this Service are entirely your own responsibility.
TweetCast displays market data sourced from third-party prediction market platforms including Polymarket. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent of any prediction market platform. We do not facilitate trading, hold funds, or execute orders of any kind.
We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any data, statistics, or forecasts shown. Data may be delayed, incorrect, or unavailable without notice.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to scrape or reproduce the Service's content in bulk without permission, interfere with the Service's infrastructure, or present TweetCast outputs as professional financial advice to third parties.
The TweetCast interface, design, and model code are our intellectual property. Publicly available data displayed belongs to its respective sources and is used under their applicable terms.
The Service fetches data from third-party APIs including xtracker.polymarket.com and gamma-api.polymarket.com. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of these services. Your use of such data is also subject to their respective terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TweetCast and its operators shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including any losses incurred through trading or prediction market activity.
TweetCast Pro is a monthly subscription service billed at $19 per month. Payment is processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, who handles all billing and tax obligations.
Refunds: We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied. To request a refund, contact us at hello@tweetcast.xyz with your order details. Refunds are not available after 7 days from the date of purchase.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges immediately. Your Pro access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
Chargebacks: Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We will work to resolve any billing issues promptly.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
